Clean process of DAC
|
Clean process is one of the important goal of DAC operation.
It is critical for maintaining quality of products, reducing contamination to our environment, keeping health of our people.

Minimize chemical consumptions in production

 |
| Equipment for replacing phosphoric acid and nitric acid that have been
considered as unavoidable chemical for pre-process of anodizing |
Equipment for reducing petrochemical cleaner consumption to 10% of
normal operation |

 |
Clean Floors
|
| Keeping every corner of the production floor clean is a starting point of clean process |

Clean & Precise Process
|
From incoming material to final assembly, more than 80 different equipment have been designed internally to keep every step of manufacturing processes
maintained precise and clean

Clean Anodizing
|
DAC is proud of itself for maintaining one of the cleanest anodizing facilities in the world
- To minimize water consumption, recycled water is used for the first rinse
- To minimize contamination, deionized water is used for anodizing and the last rinse
- To minimize air and water pollution, level of BOD, Sox, Nox and other elements are controlled much tighter than the Govenment Regulation.

| Clean process of DAC |

|
One of the worst processes of producing tent pole is anodizing. DAC has been struggling more than eight years for the development of new
Green Anodizing¢â process with a hope to minimize toxic chemicals in anodizing process.
DAC finally succeeded in developing new process that eliminates nitric acid and phosphoric acid from anodizing process. DAC started to apply
new process partially in production.
DAC will not rest until it successfuly cover entire anodizing production with the new Green Anodizing¢â process.

| Greener DAC, Cleaner Environment |

"I believe there are mainly two different approaches we need to take.
One is to provide a better environment where we live.
The other is to minimize damages to Mother Nature."
